#@asktheexpert my baby has cough and cold and her platelet and wbc count are very high… dr said she has blood infection and given medicines but she is losing weight… in 2 - 3 days she has lost approx 800 gm weight… pls suggest if this is worrysome or normal in such infection… reports are attached

Has an infection and doesn’t eat well the weight can go down so would recommend more of liquids currently to the child which is going to be easier for the child to consume also help in eating the appetite and also kindly start with a B complex supplement which is what is going to be helpful
