Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby has completed his 4 month. I give breastfeed to him . How could I get to know that my milk is sufficient to him or not ?

A. track growth. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

The Weight of the child says it all basically if you see a proper weight gain for the child every month that means your child is gaining well also for the feeding it is said if a child is full for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours after taking one feeding from the mother that need it’s quite an indication that your child is getting sufficient feed
