#asktheexpert My baby has completed 5 months. Born at 32 weeks. Adequate weight gain. Can I introduce solid foods?

A. Dear mum, solid foods should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
