#AskTheExpert: My baby has an ear infection and has stopped breastfeeding. Now, I'm giving her cow's milk instead. How much milk is required for a 14-month-old?

A. Namaste Mom Not more than 400 ml as such , you could probably now give them also regular family foods as such would be ideal for nutritional needs as such,

A. hello cows milk is safe to be guven n baby at this age will beed around 500 ml of milk in a day which shld be sufficient enough n safe for the baby growth no worries
