A. A child does not become tan after phototherapy it’s a misconception that people have you should know that the child usually changes complexion after birth for at least 6 to 8 months after that only you can be certain about the colour that your child will have and that will be totally depend upon the genetics of the child and we cannot do anything to change the colour of the child
