A. Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydraftion and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine cacjn be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally

A. Where could be due to the medication that you must have been giving to the child sometimes due to heat generated in to the body kit and often suffer with issues like this so in this case you can go ahead with using calamine lotion on to the skin of your child
