DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he is taking formula milk so formula milk contains iron and calcium vitamin d3 supplements which may turn into oxides causing stools black

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hi good morning this can happen because of some infection existence on the body I would recommend you to visit your pediatrician probably a stool test might be done in order to make sure that baby is not having an infection
