Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby git 100.6 fever. he is 22 months old boy. can I give him calpol 120 suspension? and in what dose.

A. Yes you can give no problem and check the side as per weight of the baby and repeat the dose after four to five hours interval abd give more liquids to the baby

A. you have to give paracetamol according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having. there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be havinfg power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml. in syrup formulation paracetamol has got different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml. so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of the child
