Your baby will love to try different coloured and taste in this age...
Try giving different colored fruits and veggie for your baby.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juice or musk melon juice.
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.
Try this and it will work.

if the child is gagging, then you can change the consistency of the food and you can try out new things.
give the different kind of food daily so that the child will not be bored of one kind of food and also you can give almost every kind of food which is prepared at home in different consistency which is like the by the kid
