A. Dear mum, weight of 7.5 kg is a very healthy weight for 5 months old baby. Don’t start top food or top milk now. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. If baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 time’s in 24 hours, then baby is receiving adequate feed.

A. Hi, No dear. Don't start top feed or any solids. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. The more you will latch the more feel will come. Start giving semi solid and solid food like dal ka pani mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc.
