#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 5 month old iam not getting sufficient milk what should I eat to get enough milk .. can I give nan formula

Hi mommy Yes give formula milk alternatively The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow. Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions. For example, turn off your phone or put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door. Have a glass of water on hand for yourself too.
