Include paneer, seasonal fruits, soy, leafy vegetables, nuts, curd, dals, millets to her meals.
Here's a sple meal plan for her -
Breakfast - ragi kheer with nuts
Midmeal - poha chiwda + fruit
lunch - idli chutney sambhar
snacks - eggs on toast/ milkshake
dinner - paneer pulao + raita
