#AskTheExpert My baby girl is 3years 2 months old. please suggest which type of food should be include in diet. her weight is 13.5kg

A. Hello mom as the child is almost 3 years now he should be almost be used to normal foods that are been made at home for the family . So whole eggs , dry fruits , seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets, dals , and legumes and lentils etc

A. hello sme kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include dairy products and dry fruits along with fruits and vegetables well in the diet
