#asktheexpert my baby girl do not sleep more in day time hardly sleep 2 hrs in day and at night only 8 hours. her weight 6kg she is 6 n half month old

A. Hi Mom, At six months, babies need an average of 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night, and 3.5 hours of daytime naps spread over two or three naps. Make sure your baby is getting enough sleep. It sounds counter intuitive, but sleep-deprived babies will actually sleep less and not more!.. Keep the room dark and calm. Give more comfortable to your baby. Feed well your baby before going to bed.
