#asktheexpert My baby girl completed 5months , when to start solids and what all precautions to be taken , when she is on her tummy she keeps her neck and head control but when i carry her still her head wobbles a bit , is it a need to worry

For good growth of weight and height and good skin and hair growth along with for immunity a balanced diet containing of green vegetable and fruits and all type of cereal and some protein like egg or paneer is given . Protein powder like pediasure after 2 yr of age only with milk
