#asktheexpert my baby girl completed 2 years 6 month but she is not speaking. her behavior is different from other babies. she doesn't not given attention or reaction on our activity. is it autism? please suggest

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello usually by 2 years most of the baby will be able to speak sentences with 2 words or three words but can also be delayed in some kids and you should encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak which will improve the speech gradually
