Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, It is normal to poop once In 3-6 days in exclusive breastfeeding dear. This is normal. Make sure baby is passing Urine min 4-6 times in 24 hour. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
