#asktheexpert my baby facings constipation issue while consuming cow milk, she is now 7 months old,up to six months i gave her nonpro she had not taken mother feed

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. after introducing weaning food and complementary food it is important to see that the food you have introduced should not cause constipation or gas formation in the child.
it is important to introduce fiber diet and plenty of water for the child in the form ofx pulses cereals vegetables and fruits.
you can add papaya pear oats which will help in decreasing the chances of constipation.
Give xplenty of water to drink
if the problem continues your doctor will add constipation medicine like polythene glycol.
