Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently bfy an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted ycfou can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Can be due to teething or having ear infection. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
