#asktheexpert My baby drinks hardly 200 ml milk in a day. He don't eat curd and paneer. so how can I fulfill his calcium needs??

A. hello parent your kids 18 months old you may give seasonal fruits apple banana papaya mango along with dry fruits and nuts powder in milk which is rich in iron zinc and calcium

A. Hi mom Try to give different milkshakes like apple banana mango strawberry chicoo etc to change the taste and flavour of the milk. Food like spinach, broccoli, sweet potato, beans, ragi, paneer, almonds etc are high in calcium. U can include these.
