#asktheexpert my baby doesn’t like outside milk like cow milk or powder milk, i tried several times, i always breastfeed him, he is 1 year 3 months old, i am worried that he is getting nutrition or not!!!

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, breast milk is healthy for your baby and contains adequate nutrition. You should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can give external milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
You can add dry fruits powder to the milk to enhance the taste.
