#AskTheExpert my baby didn't poop for 3 days and passing so much gas.. she's on mixed feed I gave her formula one time per day..she used to poop regularly without struggle after 6th of this month she got her second dose vaccination and got this problem..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. do not worry in this three months of baby Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
