#asktheexpert my baby current 6th month.. which food is better now

A. Hello mom if its the first time that you are introduing weaning foods then initially would recommend to start with liquid consistency foods such as dal, rice, water, vegetable soup , fresh fruit juices etc and once they accept them well you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed consistency foods, such as steamed vegetables, fresh fruit pulps, kichidi, porridge made with ragi, suji, home made cerelac mix , curds etc
