Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two ydyears of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor fodr a proper assessment of the child .

please increase daily conversation with your child
play different games, sing rhymes with your child
if child is responding to his name,make eye contact while talking, understand the things what you say well then no need to worry
