Q.

#asktheexpert my baby completed 6 months. He is having solids twice a day. How much ml of breastmilk is needed for him. I’m dependent on expressed breastmilk. Please advise

A. Apart from the two meals that you are giving you should give proper feeding to the child as per the demand sheet there is no fixed time of fixed amount of milk that I can suggest you but in general kids can easily have approximately 120 to 150 ML in this age so you can check and work upon it according to the demand of your child
