POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 5.4 years old boy should be between 18 to 19.5 kgs and height 108 to 116 cms depending on eating habits and physical activities.
Baby's height is fine but, weight is on higher size and you should control it to avoid problems in future. Engage him in activities like running, climbing, cycling, jumping and other outdoor games. Restrict intake of potato, rice, sugar, fried and packaged foods. Keep him we hydrated with variety of fluids.
