Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions icn the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. Babies are still learning to regulate their breathing, which can lead to strange sounds. Newborns breathe through their noses, and their tiny nasal passages tend to get congested easily. Their digestive system is also developing, so babies tend to make noise if they're hungry, passing gas, or having a bowel movement.
