#AskTheExpert My baby boy is now 5 month old. Recently the mother's milk quantity is reduced, as a result the milk is not sufficient for the baby. which foods i.e. packaged or other foods can be given to baby. Pls help me on this.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello father the baby can now be introduced to weaning foods and you can now give them liquid consistency food first introduce one food at a time for them, and as the baby gets used to it you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed consistency foods
