#asktheexpert my baby boy is now 1yr and 11 month.. Can I give any milk supplement?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Till the time it is not recommended by the doctor, there is no need to add any type of health supplements in the milk for baby. As these contain high level of artificial sugar, it results in unhealthy weight gain. Instead, you can mix powdered mixed dry fruit powder or Dates puree as an alternative and nutritious option.
