#AskTheExpert My baby boy is full active throughout the day. He sleeps hardly 7 hours a day. He gets up @ 3AM and doesn’t sleep till 5 AM. What diet should be taken for proper sleep

A. Hi parent she needs about 13 hours of sleep if she's not able to take.it , please consult your pediatrician and give her supplement as suggested by doctor take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
