#AskTheExpert my baby boy is 5 mo. we've been giving him formula milk for 4 months now as well as mother feed also. now can we switch to cow milk? is it safe??

A. Hello father cows milk can be introduced only from the age of 1 year onwards . Currently now weaning foods can be introduced instead - so initially only liquids consistency diet and then gradually to semi solids from 6 months
