#asktheexpert My baby boy is 17 months old. He is anaemic having hb. 9.5. Supplements are going on... please suggest what all food should be given to him. What iron rich food I can add in his diet. considering we are vegetarian

A. Spinach Beetroot and pomegranate these three things you make sure that you are giving to your child on an every day basis specially beetroot and pomegranate regularly twice a day this is the highest source of iron that is available in the vegetarian food so if you master giving this thing then you will definitely see a good difference
