#AskTheExpert my baby boy is 14months old every night he has disturbed sleep. he cries a lot in the sleep nd talks sumthing in his sleep nd doesnt stop untill i hold him nd put him in my lap.. what could be the reason.? this repeats.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Try using white noise overnight to help your baby sleep more deeply and link their cycles together. Make sure that your little one is getting enough calories in their waking hours, so that they are less likely to need a feed overnight.
