A. Hello mam it is perfectly normal do not worry much qbout this. Most of the times will because of the stress. Try to spend more time with the kid and give him a happy environment.

A. Teeth grinding, or bruxism, is common in toddlers and often not a cause for concern. However, it's a good idea to monitor the behavior. Possible reasons for teeth grinding in toddlers include teething, jaw discomfort, or the adjustment of new teeth. Here are some tips: 1. **Monitor stress:** Changes in routine or stress can contribute. Identify and address any potential sources of stress. 2. **Teething relief:** Provide teething toys or a cool, damp cloth for comfort. 3. **Regular dental check-ups:** Schedule regular dental visits to ensure there are no dental issues contributing to the grinding. 4. **Establish a calming bedtime routine:** A consistent bedtime routine can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. If you're concerned or if the grinding persists, consult with your pediatrician or dentist for personalized advice and guidance.
