#AskTheExpert my baby age 7 months 20days. is it time to give him fish?

A. For feeding fish, you should wait for atleast 9 months as it is a very sensitive food and should be introduced only when baby's immunity and digestive system are little strong. Whenever you start, start with smaller quantities and observe for any allergies, if any. Mash it properly to avoid any bones.
