#AskTheExpert my baby 6m old she is taking semi solids, while passing stool she is making grunt sounds even when passing urine also,what is reason and solution for this?

A. give lots of oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
