#asktheexpert my baby 1year and 1month completed now.. he is active', but he is not eating properly , also now he is looking very lean.. i dnt knw what type of foods to give to him..

Just saw your child the same play that you are eating because the Indian plate is the most healthy plate also what we eat on an every day basis is the right food to be given to the child as well so there is nothing extra that you will have to work upon just the same food that you are eating on an every day basis go ahead with that only
