whenever your child wake up , try to give few sips of water or try to make your child sleep back by gently patting or rubbing his back.

well ,there is no need of specific diet plan
you can give the food from your family food pot
give heavy meal like porrdige , sheera, rab etc as night time meal..
which will help to decrease night time waking frequency
