#asktheexpert My babies haemoglobin is little bit of low side, suggest me a diet that increases haemoglobin level of my child ?

A. green vegetables n gur.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

A. Get Your child into the habit of having salad in and specially when you will include beetroot spinach and pomegranate into your child’s diet on an every day basis rather than giving any kind of juice to the child on Vegetable out of it you know you should try to give these things in a roll form in form of salad to the child that’s going to be very helpful and start with iron supplements as well
