include rice water, dal water, porridge, homemade cerelac, fruits puree, vegetables puree, smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato, clear veg soup, etc.
introduce any new food slowly and check any sign of discomfort, allergy or intolerance.
gradually increase consistency and quantity of food as per baby's appetite.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! As baby is 6 months old you can start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes, cerelac with pulses/grains,idly, malts, soups, porridge, kheer with formula milk.
