A. For your almost 3-month-old baby's nighttime and early morning blocked nose, continue using saline drops about 15-20 minutes before feeds and sleep, followed by gentle suctioning with a bulb syringe. Consider using a cool mist humidifier in the room to moisten the air and slightly elevate the head of the crib mattress. Ensure good air quality by avoiding irritants. If the congestion worsens, is accompanied by difficulty breathing, fever, poor feeding, or doesn't improve, consult your pediatrician for further evaluation.
