Hi, if baby is passing motion in a water reform and mucus is present in the motion and baby is passing motion very frequently that is after every feed then it might be infection. You need to consult doctor and get baby examined and start with a medicine. Maintain hygiene. Give adequate liquid and keep your baby well hydrated.
