#AskTheExpert my 8 month old still walking up every hour at night. there's no noise and light, he's not hungry either. what can i do to make him sleep longer

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blocykage any regurgittation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. the best way to put baby sleep give good massage before bed play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping.. ensure baby is full before bed take care
