#asktheexpert My 8 month old is sleeping after comfort sucking for each time. He is taking short naps (20 minutes to half an hour) and then gets back to sleep only after rocking or comfort sucking. I tried sleep training but he cries loudly so I hold him and rock. Though rocking time is decreased now. He is distracted with every noise. Please share some tips so that he can get back to sleep by himself and have longer naps.

A. the baby is 8 months of age if baby is having interrupted sleep you can try Baby formula milk one glass before going to sleep as well you can use some semisolids also
