#AskTheExpert.. my 8 month old is on breastfeed along with solids... can I give her cow'milk diluted with water or should I have to give formula milk

A. Dear mum, avoid giving formula. You can use cow milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. Breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby.
