#asktheexpert my 8 month old baby gets up very frequently at night and once fed goes back to sleep.i have started solid food at 6 months but his sleep has not improved at all.

A. Hello mom As babies are used to getting up in between to take the feed since their birth this habit will gradually go try to give him filling dinner and also feed your milk before you goes to sleep over a period of time it will get better
