Q.

#asktheexpert my 7month baby is having problem of fissure for last 3 months now,have already consulted 2 drs still not much improvement. what should be my next step?

A. I don't use diaper during day time and major issue is she gets constipated easily which makes her fissure issue worse

A. Treatment. Most fissures heal on their own and do not need treatment. To prevent or treat anal fissures in infants, be sure to change diapers often and clean the area gently.
