#asktheexpert My 7 months old baby pooping after taking solid food. pooping 4 to 5 times a day and stool is normal and no foul smell at all. Is it normal or should I take him to doctor?

A. Hi parent please avoid packaged food and formula feed please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
