Dear Mother this is just to discolouration of the skin because that part of always remain in fold and sweating may cause of this type of moisture to skin so nothing to get panic out to give a massage on that area properly when you give a massage on daily basis let it stay for a while and then sprinkle powderWrite Your Answer Here
