#asktheexpert My 7 month old sleeps late and wakes up at 8am or 9am everyday. She sleeps late because she never sleeps without me during night. But I have work till 10pm and can not stay with her. So she also stays awake with me till I sleep. Is it ok for babies to wake up so late? And is it ok if she has her breakfast at 10am?

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 years agoA. hi mom its fine you may try to make her sleep by 8 to 9 pm by being next to her and then go back to work once she is alseep
